  1. While trying to connect to Minehut on bedrock through the IP, bedrock.minehut.com, I get an error saying "Unable to connect to world". However, whenever I close Minecraft and relaunch it, occasionally I'll be able to connect to the server and join my world but most of the time it gives me an error. I've tried downgrading my Minecraft version to 1.16.200 and 1.16.100 but I still couldn't connect to the server. I'm not the only one with this issue as my friends are also having trouble joining and I've seen other people on the forum having the same problem as me. Currently I've encountered this error on both Minecraft Windows 10 and Minecraft PE. I heard that the GeyserMC proxy (that allows Bedrock players to join) for Minehut is outdated. So if that's the case, can we somehow get it updated?
  2. Thanks for your reply. There's plenty of redstone contraptions and farms in my world so you could be right in saying lag could be the issue. And yeah I guess you could call it a backup, I'll go and check out CoreProtect. Thanks for your help
  3. For some reason I'm unable to download my world. Whenever I do /dl world it says "Failed to upload file". It was working a week ago and I was able to download it and according to my friend he was able to get a download link yesterday (however he didn't download it). I believe my world is around over 800mb. Both my friend and I have tried downloading it today but we both got the same error message. I'm trying to download it so I can decrease the world size by deleting regions (which can't be done in the server dashboard). I tried downloading a world from another Minehut server with a smaller world size and it worked. Anyone know what the issue is?

Create a whitelist to only allow specific people to join your server. To do this: 1) First type the command "/whitelist on" while you are in your server 2) To add users to the whitelist, type the command "/whitelist add name" (Replace name with a person's username. Repeat the command for each person you want to add) 3) To check who is in your whitelist, type the command "/whitelist list" Hope this helps
  5. I found some sort of a solution. I still can't upload through the control panel, but I discovered that if I upload the world using the in-game command and then restart the server, all my items return to my inventory and I spawn back in the last place I was in the world. However, if anyone can answer the question as to why my world won't upload through the control panel then that'll be extremely helpful.
  6. I'm trying to upload a world which was downloaded from another server of mine. I did the "/dl world" command and downloaded the world to my PC. I tried to upload that world to a different server through the control panel. The problem is that once the upload reaches 100% and completes, when I go to the File Manager the uploaded world is nowhere to be seen. I've tried uploading the world multiple times and nothing is showing up. The size of the zip file is 158mb, so it is well under the 500mb size limit. I know that I am uploading the world correctly because I tried making a new singular player world and uploading it as a zip file in the same way and it uploaded fine. I found that doing the "/upload world" command in-game works, but the issue with that is all my items in my inventory disappear. Does anyone know why this is happening?
