Change server visibility to “off”. Always enable the whitelist when you join because Minehut randomly disables it. Always backup your server locally and on Minehut.

You’re probably either guilty and won’t be getting unbanned or they are busy and haven’t responded yet. Making an appeal doesn’t guarantee getting unbanned.

Download worlds and important files such as Skripts. Use Minehut’s backup system as an additional layer of protection (and convenience). Never had your specific problem but I believe something like it is entirely possible on Minehut.

Communism has failed time and time again and it would not work well in Minehut or Minecraft because: Some people are just inherently smarter, better at the game, or just better leaders in general. People need incentive to innovate and make better servers. Competition stimulates growth and forges alliances. Communism fails because people are far from the center and disinterested in sharing resources. The desire to compete is inherent in nearly everyone and all animals. Anyway, interesting post.

Minehut doesn’t enforce the EULA on servers so I doubt they would care. Probably too busy blocking me from typing special characters such as pi and infinity symbols in lobby chat.

I’m not sure what to do if that happens. Maybe try repairing the core files or just starting it again later. Never happened to me before though. -
Minehut doesn’t give a cheaper price for a rank upgrade unfortunately. I still don’t know why they don’t.

Minehut will eventually die because entropy must always increase in a system and being alive is a state of organization. Death is just entropy winning the battle and is the natural end for anything. Minehut will likely die when a truly superior alternative arises with similar features but less lag and less authoritarianism. Probably still got at least 4 years guaranteed.

That’s true. It would be cool if there was a plugin that would create a zip file of a world with a command or something. That way it would be easier to locally download large worlds. -

Minehut backups are good but you should also download stuff and save it locally too. I wish I could trust Minehut to work but if you want something done right, you should do it yourself. -

The world should update correctly. Make a backup in case something goes wrong. You will need to explore new chunks to see new caves and stuff. You might get new terrain below the bedrock in already generated chunks depending on certain conditions. Nothing should interfere with user-generated structures.
