It really varies depending on your specs. For 1 GB of ram it is recommended to have no more than 10 players. Plugins come in all different sizes so it really depends on the size of the plugin. For example, you might be able to have a large quantity of smaller plugins, or you could have a few large plugins that are more resource intensive.

I'm aware this says last updated in 2016 and for version 1.11 but it has been tested in 1.16.3 and works fully. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/forceresourcepack.6097/ please add

Please add DynMap and WorldBorder I'm aware it says WorldBorder hasn't been updated since 1.14 but I'm pretty sure it still works so it would be nice to be able to test on Minehut.

You can't move servers onto Minehut and you can't transfer your server off of Minehut.
