I know how to download a world, but I was wondering if you can download playerdata, so I can backup my server in a way.

One of my favorite servers badges, does not work, meaning that whenever you try to join it says the message, "Could not connect to default or fallback server, please try again later io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception" It has the plugins skript, vault, permissionsex, protocol support, essentials, essentials chat, and Death Messages Prime. For the skripts, it has a llama dupe skript(where you right click on a llama it dupes), and a /rename skript. Due to this issue the owner said he was ending the server, however I think there might be a way to save it. Please help me on finding whats the issue and how to fix it.
