I want to download LP permissions in json.gz format file, but I can't just open it and copy it. Please help

When I restart the server or I turn it off and then get back on, my plugins haven't saved their data. The world is saved, but for expample, essential spawn isnt set up, my bedwars plugin too. Please help me!
