I banned myself from ingame by doing /ban (not saying my name). Is there any way to revert that without making anaother account op and unbanning me?

I would like to request a plugin, that is "The Floor Is Lava". The plugin that adds a rising floor of lava. I have seen a server do this once, but i am not sure how, and i have always wanted that. The link to the spigot is here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/the-floor-is-lava.70255/
