Agree. My server works fine now after 2 days its been stuck in hibernation mode and now i only use start and stop and not the restart button

I don't recommend using the restart button, It has been causing issues for many player servers and it has effected! Just use the stop and start button till the devs fix this issue

Buy player slots, It will also give you more.
That depends on how much plugins you have installed onto the lag, The more plugins you have the more you may experience lag onto the server.
