Check your server logs to see maybe why it crashed. 50+ blocks isn't a lot and that shouldn't cause it to crash. Do you only get rolledback after doing the worldedit command? Because people recently have been having issues with their world getting rolledback every time their server hibernates..
Just the server crashes. Everyone crashes. There might be a plugin thats messing with it though. So in logs it just stops. All the plugins stop. The world stops and only the chat works. After you leave the server goes offline -> into hibernation -> turn it on and it gets rolled back to the last save.

So I have a minehut server. It is survival. However if I try to //set something 50+ blocks more it crashes the game and we rollback to the last save. Either I have to Save every 5 minutes or need to figure out why one command breaks my server! If you have any ideas let me know
