i do see many worlds. i've entered all of them but none of them is the original

me and my friends started a server in the begining of the year. yesterday when i logged in the world had changed. there was a new seed on the world. i cant find the world files or anything. some guys suggested changing the name back in "settings" and "world name" but it doesn't work. can someone please help me
