    hi i've been playing around with Perms Ex and i cant seem to do anything with regarding the /pex user <name> add or /pex group <name> create commands .... first one says error in command syntax,check command help second one says i dont have perms .. currently running my server on minehut's platform please help ! would be good if someone could teach me the basics of running servers in terms of the plugins since this is my first one !
