ItsChocoKql

I am trying to start up my server and it will not start. I click Start and it goes on starting.. for a few seconds then goes offline. I tried removing plugins and repairing files several times and nothing works. Whitelist is not on either. If I try to join it it gives me an error message. Please help!!
