Make sure they they join on 1.15.2, and your ip is [servername].minehut.gg, if they still cannot seem to join make a support ticket on the minehut website.

The only reason it would have been suspended is if you did something you we're not supposed to on it, or if it had an inappropriate name, if this is not the issue please make a support ticket on the minehut website.

You have to give them the permission to do it;

I'd suggest using LuckPerms as your primary permissions plugin as it's easy to learn and there are far more tutorials on it than any other plugin for permissions.

Please join the servers discord to talk to it with the staff members on their server, minehut staff cannot unban you from other servers as it is their choice of banning you.
