this is a client side issue

i believe the issue is that the server believes that they are already logged on to the server, so it has nothing to do with whitelist or inappropriate content, have they tried (a) direct connecting, (b) use vinila client in case the issue is client side.

when i try to open my minehut server's overworld file (to install some datapacks), it doesn't load, it just keep doing the 'loading files...' thing, how can i fix this?
