The /restart command was removed long ago, like 2 years or so... So sadly, you cannot restart the server through minecraft, though you mustn't keep the page open all the time, just when you need it.

Probably an issue with some plugin(s) or scripts you're using.
Try de-opping yourself and see if you still can't take damage. If you do, then it's most likely a plugin or a script causing that you won't take damage when you're opped or have the * permission.

Probably a client-sided issue, just try to restart your game and see if it still occurs.

Did you enter a custom world name before?

Could be an issue with plugins, not sure though. I recommend simply restarting the server and see if the problem still occurs.

I belive you're using "send" there, try to use "set join message" instead.

[Can't start or join the server]

This is a quite common issue, but restarting your server should fix it. Unfortunately, if you try to join other servers, getting that error will mean that you're unable to join the server until the server owner restarts it.

But again, if you are unable to join your server after multiple restarts, you should make a support ticket.

[NickSys(k)]

This is a fairly simple skript allowing nicknames to be used on your server.
Comes also with chat/tablist formatting as a small addition,
which can be disabled too incase you are already using a different plugin/skript.

Required:
- Any Permission plugin
Required for other features:
- Vault (Chat/Tablist formatting with Prefix - Download NV-Nicksy.sk if you don't use vault!)
- Tablisknu (Nametag replacement - Disabled by default, can be enabled by removing specific comments.)

Usage:
- Users
/nick <new nickname> - Sets your new nickname. Leave it blank to reset it.
/getnick <player> - Gets the nickname of a player.
/realname <nicknamed player> - Gets the username of a nicknamed player.
- Admin
/setnick <player> [new nickname] - Sets the nickname of a different player. Leave the nickname blank to reset it.
/resetnick - Resets all nicknames from the server.
