Everybody that is not a server operator can’t build at all. They can’t build in the world they spawn in to, or in any multiverse. I have worldgaurd. I’ve tried removing and putting worldgaurd back in, deleting and creating a region, and trying to give every luckperm group the permission to build. The only command non server operators can do is /warp. Also, I set the gamemode to creative and enabled the force gamemode, but everybody spawns in survival. When I teleport to different multiverse worlds, it puts me in survival. I’ve looked at the websites for worldgaurd and multiverse, and it won’t let me give non op members any other permissions besides warp. So, they can’t teleport, build, etc. I’m not experienced so I would be grateful for some help.

Is there a way for people in a certain group to have access to build in another world? Like, if they are VIP or MVP then they can have the ability to choose which world to build in, while normal players can only build in one world? This is for multiverse. Also, I set the gamemode to creative but everybody keeps joining in survival.
