https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/clans-clan-system-1-7-1-14.22304/ Allows players to create and manage their own clans. It has a handful of optional addons that can allow players to do things like message each other in a private clan chat. Pretty much like a factions plugin but more lighter and simpler.
