Just tested, you're right. For some reason it doesn't work. Some admin told me it would, sorry. Maybe it works without worldguard? I would suggest using CyberRyan's workaround till Minehut adds the spawn protection option to the server properties section.
The CombatLog plugin is already added, but the eXpansions that should come with the plugin are missing.

(The expansions are .jar files so they can't be added manually by users)
Normally you would have to set spawn protection in your server properties to 0, but minehut doesn't let you do that for some reason. So you have to run: "/gamerule spawnRadius 0" in game.
EDIT: This does not work (at least not with worldguard). I guess we'll have to wait till Minehut adds spawn protection to the server properties section. Or use CyberRyan's workaround:
I noticed that the plugin short description says "CombatLog with eXpansions" but when I look in the expansions folder (/plugins/CombatLogX/expansions/), it is empty. There's no way to install these manually either as the expansions are .jar files.
Without the cheatprevention expansion, combatlog is pretty useless since players can just use /spawn or /warp to escape combat rather than quitting.
You could download your world with "/dl world", unzip it, put the datapack in the "datapacks" folder, rezip the world, and then reupload the world from control panel (make sure server is offline before reuploading).
