I know that a lot of people have this problem, but if you don't accept the resource pack the first time, you cant ever load it. I tried /rp to reload it, but it will say attempting to load resource pack, then it will say in red YOU MUST ACCEPT THE RESOUCE PACK, but nothing happens. I tried disconnecting and logging out of minecraft, but nothing works.
