  Read it again if you don't understand. I perfectly explained the situation in the response to your appeal.
  
  Your original mute was 1h, not 10 minutes. I will undo the current mute for you tomorrow, because you were rude in the appeal and messaged staff members regarding it, which is not allowed (check the Appeal Format thread for that)
