[Minehut files can't be replaced]

So after fiddling for a while I found out you have to stop the server first and insert your files. You have exactly 5 minutes to switch plugin files and delete the old ones. I also have to make sure they're .yml files and not .txt. I hope no one has the same problems as me because this took half a year to figure out. I can't believe I answered my own question.

I am trying to restore my Minehut server after I decided to update things and things went awry. I have replaced my main world and it was fine. I saved the plugin data. I tried to replace my plugin files that are in the file directory and it doesn't work even if I save and restart the server. I was wondering if there is a way to put in my plugin data in because you can put custom plugins into the server now.

The Simple Portals plugin doesn't seem to be working at the moment. If you can, please update it as it's what me and my friends use to get to places half of the time.
