my friend ip banned my brother when he got on and we use the same computer. He did this becuase we have a rule that no one uninvited can play and to ban them. He asked who invited him and he said ur mom so he banend him. none of the commands will work HELP

I followed the tutorial to add ranks with suffixes from minehut and i can add myself to the group but the prefixs wont work and i cant figure out how to add privlages, PLEASE HELP
