I tried pressing save but it didnt work

About 10 times i've pressed reset world then restart the server but nothing ever happens, i kinda have to restart the world cause my freind got it pretty messed up but i didnt care at the time cause i thought i could reset the world but its not working, i wanna make an actual server instead of messing around but i can't.
