[server crashing?]

This used to happen to me once I hit the 20GB storage limit. I would contact support to see what they can do but I ended up having to reset.

If the backup isn't working it might be corrupted or something, if none of your backups are working contact support.

Also, chat cooldown is 5 seconds for defaults, 2 seconds for vip and pro, and legend+ has no chat cooldown.

Cracked accounts can't join at all, therefore it can't happen.

Alt is short for alternate. When people use the term alt they are typically talking about an account that they use when they aren't using you main account. Some people use alt accounts to bypass punishments (Which I do not suggest as it can get you perm banned.)

Please don't respond to a forums post made over a month ago. Although since you returned this question,  I will let you know about a technique on finding old servers that you have joined.

If you go into %appdata% and then .minecraft -> logs, you can go into your latest logs and find the server you joined. If you can't find the server in logs you may be able to find some chat logs that were said in the server. From there you can do '/find (player)' in-game and try all the people that were talking in the server.

Hey there!

You can get a permissions manager, worldedit, worldguard, skript, vault, protocol support, protocol lib, and still have 5 extra plugin slots. In my opinion 12 plugin slots is a good amount. The service is free and you have access to advertise your server to thousands of people per day. Minehut can't afford to host so many free servers with no plugin limit.

Hey there!

Try going into your server panel, clicking 'danger zone' and then click 'Repair files'. If this doesn't work I'm not sure what the issue is.

The server probably is out of storage. Survival servers take up a lot of storage meaning you are going to have to remove some plugins, worlds, ect. Although, keep checking this forum as someone might have an answer.

First of all, you have to have access to the account. Minehut will not give anyone someones account details. I understand your frustration although this will not happen. If they do respond to you and give you access, you can contact support about the deleted world and they might be able to recover it although there is a very slim chance of them being able to do so.
