You can then do /setspawn once the plugin is added to the server.

You put yourself at risk by saying that though. The mods see people spamming to join certain servers in chat all day so when you say something that appears to be an advertisement there is a good chance you're gonna be muted. The moderators have to moderate thousands of players a day and they don't have the time to inspect each message thoroughly.

If you wish to remove them from your server you can ban them by typing '/ban (username)'.
