Im trying to download my servers world and when i try it comes up in chat saying 'Failed to upload file'. Is there any fix to this?

My friends and I have a very different ways to play survival Minecraft. Many of us enjoy using very powerful redstone machinery that dont all work on Bukkit. We were wondering if there was anyway in which we could somehow remove it. Thanks in advance.
