All servers with the default plan receive one automatic saving slot and one manual saving slot, this can increase by getting a server plan. The automatic slot saves every hour but can also be forced to save. It’s quite simple to create a backup, all you have to do is go to the panel, make sure you’re in edit server mode and go to the backups tab, here you can create your own backup and add a description so you know if there’s anything specific you wanted to back up. Now in case something happens you can restore your server back to the state it was before, just go back to the backups tab and click restore backup on the backup of your choice. After this just restart your server and it’ll be back to its old state! The nice thing about Mh is that there isn't a queue, they're not changing that and have made it very clear multiple times. They have enough capacity to deal with the servers starting up, they also have enough money to increase this limit.

Hia! You can disable this via the panel, just click the edit server button, go to the settings tab and enable the flying option, after this just restart and it should be fixed!

Hi there! It seems like there's an issue with your JSON files, you can fix this by removing all the files in the file manager that end with .json (ops.json, whitelist.json, banned-ips.json, usercache.json and banned-players.json) and then start the server back up.

Servers should work fine with Optifine, could you show the error you're getting after joining with it?

Heyo! The devs have been made aware of this but have mentioned they won't go out of their way to fix it.

1. Upload the world zip to a file upload website. If your world is smaller than 100mb you can use file.io, otherwise we recommend you use Dropbox. 2. Get the direct download link to the file. If you're using Dropbox you can get the share link, but you need to replace ?dl=0 with ?dl=1 at the end of the link. If you're using file.io remember that the download links can only be used once. 3. Run the command /ul world <worldname> <direct link> in your server. After doing all of this you can access the world by doing /worlds and clicking the uploaded world.

Capitilisation matters when you use gamerules, the world matters as well, make sure you type in /gamerule keepInventory false in every world you want it disabled in.

There's no real reason for this, you can try using the direct connect option and see if that works beeter but there's nothing you can do about this issue, all servers are hosted in the US so ping should be pretty good for you.

It seems like you whitelisted the server but then forgot to add yourself to it, I recommend you go on the panel and do /whitelist add (username)

Heyo! The devs are aware of the lag issues and are actively working on it. In the meantime there are a few things you can try: removing unnecessary worlds and plugins, often restarting the server, using a clearlag plugin and getting a server plan.

Are you using cracked Minecraft? If so, Minehut is premium only so you can't play with a cracked account or launcher.

Anyone can start up a server that's offline, I recommend whitelisting the server so no one except the people you add can join. Here's the commands you gotta do: - /whitelist on - /whitelist add (username)

Heya! Minehut only supports premium accounts, using alt gens won't work most of the time.

Delete the JoinOp plugin to stop the automatic opping.
