No access to server, can't transfer world.

yeah is there any way to get past that...? -
I have no access to my minehut account or email anymore but I still have op on my server and I can download the world. I want to move the world to a new minehut account but it wont let me transfer the world through file.io because its larger than 100 or even dropbox because its larger than 500mb (its 600mb). Any fixes please? (I don't care if plugin data is lost I just need the world)
