its like only ops can press them for some reason and idk why because its just in that area. people can press buttons elsewhere.

i have a survival factions server and theres a hub where u press a button to choose where u want to start. for some reason, without factions, or worldguard, or any plugins, when they press the buttons they dont do anything, but when i press them they work. why is this happening and how can i fix it?
