Like SkripterMan said, some of your plugins/skripts could be causing these problems, you should check these in file manager.

You probably shouldn't have gave them creative regardless if you have skripts / plugins setup...

gen these nuts... nvm anyways a gen is a generator server. It's where u place blocks that generates items over time. In return, you get money from selling those blocks, and then you can upgrade ur gens, etc.
