Does upgrading plans unlock certain features?

I was wondering, if upgrading to a plan for example, MH Unlimited, will allow me to edit the server properties file or at least remove the minehut.gg subdomain. Maybe also export .jar files for custom plugins??? Please reply, I wanna know if I can gain full access to my server if I buy other plans.
