I am a unique Staff experience, with many skills I can stop arguments, I can keep the server up and running without chaos breaking, and have ran 3 servers about survival.
I specifically can take out cheaters and toxic people and am not biased.

By the time this is viewed 2 hours or more.
6) What made you wan't to apply?
Ive been bored for many days, and decided to apply for staff on a server other than mine.
7) Do you have any further relationships with staff members?
No.
Do you have any prior staff experience?
My own server, And RedSkys a skymine server that was discontinued.
SCENARIOS:
9) Someone's reported for hacking but you aren't sure on spectating them, what do you do?
I stop playing the game or continue spectating the player who was accused (I usually just spectate and solve problems)
10) Say you catch another staff member abusing their perks, what would you do?
I report to a higher staff with the ability to take their perks away, and if I am the "higher staff" I take their perms and tell a higher staff with evidence of it.
11) A spam bots come onto the server, how would you deal with them?
Ip ban one spam bot.
12) Someone's not abiding by the chat rules, how would you punish them?
I begin with 2-3 warns depending on how hard they are going (insta punishment for innapropriate or threats) after they are warned I mute them for 15 minutes first offence, 30 minutes for second offence, and perm untill appealed for third.
13) People are verbally abusing you in chat, how would you deal with that?
I give them two warns after that I mute for staff disrespect and verbal abuse, for 15 minutes depending on the offence.
