I've been coding with skript on my server for a bit, but all of a sudden it stopped working, not starting up. Can anyone read the logs and see what's wrong?

I am on paper, to start this off with. The title makes this pretty self explanatory, but the plugins Citizens, Sentinel, Shopkeepr, and Skellet are not functioning for 1.18.1 and when I try to downgrade to 1.17.1, I get an error and it stops the server. Is there any way to fix this by downgrading to 1.17.1 or using 1.18.1 and updating the plugins? There are no avaliable updates for the plugins

Server keeps crashing randomly

Randomly, in the middle of there being 7-10 people online, my server will just crash randomly. I don't understand why this keeps happening. There's no errors other than this big red text in the console. If anyone can help, that would be great.
