If you change the level name it generates a entirely different world. If you go back to the old world name, all of your builds will come back.

It's most likely a problem with the world saving. Wait a couple hours and start it again, it should work.

Well, technically you could, but you would have to do a lot of manual work like downloading and uploading files and reentering information (due to the fact that Minehut doesn't have a accessible server.properties)
