I am requesting that the plugin TooManyChats (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/toomanychats.81864/) get added. It is a custom chat plugin that lets developers easily create staff / admin / donator chats, with simple, custom permissions. Yes, its very new, but I have tested it on a local server, it does exactly what it says it does, its very clean, and very lightweight. Thanks! Vixel
