    Server Lag

    I've been noticing a little bit of server lag lately, is there anything I can do to fix it? Any ideas on what the cause may be? I'm operating a free server with 10 slots and a few plugins (essentials, mcmmo)

    I've been trying to download it, but whenever I type in /dl world [worldname], it says that it 'could not save metadata'. Is there any way to download it other than that? I installed the core protect plugin just now as well, but I'm scared to restart the server to apply it in case I lose everything again.

    Server world gone

    I started my Minehut account today and had some fun with some friends playing on the server, and then when I booted it back up after being off long enough for it to hibernate, the world has changed and all of my progress is gone. I'm positive I clicked save world before I left, but it seems to have not worked. Is there any way I can get that world back?
