    Hi , i've juste started an smp with my friends and we wanted to have mods on it but forge or spigot is only for a reserved number of versions and we can't rly know why so if there is an explanation of why forge is only in 1.12.2 . I recently seen some tutos on ytb and they have all the version they want is it because i have the free server that i can only choose forge 1.12.2 ( and it's spongeforge not the best in my opinion ). Thank for reading

    Why can't we have other's version ? I look at many tutos on ytb and they all can use many version of forge and all the stuffs it is restricted for free servers or something like that
