I uploaded that and then restarted but it is still not showing. Is there another plugin like CrazyEnchantments I could use?

Through an external site called Modrinth. It redirects me there whenever I try to download the plugin on Spigot.

I was looking through the logs like you said and came across this. This might be the problem but I don't know. Whenever I try to download CrazyEnchantments onto my server it shows in the plugins folder of FILE MANAGER but not in the actual minecraft server (doesn't show in /pl and can't use any of the commands)? Can someone help me fix this.
