1. You still need a seperate mine plugin, this plugin only allows you to add ranks, prestiges and rebirths. 2. Type "/rpx help" If you need a list of commands 3. The config just allows you to enable and disable everyone from using /rankup and make it so only opped players may use /rankup. 4. You still need the regular Prisons plugin and an economy plugin such as Vault. Hope this helps
