Bedrock bugs
in Help
The bedrock compatibility is still in beta and we're aware there are a few bugs here and there. Most of the bugs we cannot deal with due to a plugin issue. The other bugs will be worked on in the near future.

This is not the section to ask for appeal for your server. Please use the "Club" feature that we have implemented.

You are unable to do so since an email is sent to the address for verification. For security reasons you cannot change your password without access to the email. Contacting Support would be your best bet.

As stated above you're not able to join on a playstation or Xbox as you must have a partnership with microsoft to be able to join that particular external server. Sadly, at this moment in time we will not be getting a partnership.

As stated above all the all the lobbies are linked. I can confirm that you were indeed spamming in the lobbies, so there was a reason behind your punishment

Server has been put under review. In future, as stated above, please use the correct section to report player servers. I can clarify that advertising external servers within your player server is not permitted and your server will be suspended
