If you don't know basic things like setting blocks in skript, you might not have so much luck with making skyblock. Is there a reason not to use a skyblock plugin?

Citizens CMD already exists, why not use that?

Unless you want everybody to have access and to be able to edit your sql server, thats not a good idea.
