When i do /tps it does xxxx/2643 or something like this when max ram is 4096 It makes my server laggy because it doesnt set the allocate ram to 4096.... Its might accure because i bought like 3 plans in less than 30 mins so it might messed it up. Can someone help me?

I need help, my server mb doesnt apply to 4096 mb and it makes server laggy.... When i /tps it shows like example: 1985/2616 (max 4096) And it should be like this: 1985/4096 (max 4096) And its very laggy.... pls help!
