crashed server on accident and wont start up.

I was wondering how to fix this and how to make it so i can join my server.

so they can join even if the server status is "offline"?

Is it possible for people to join my server when offline? or do i have to manually turn it on for someone to get on? even if its a unlisted server, i feel like there should be an option to automatically turn on once someone who is granted ip to be able to join.
