I have the receipt and I received the first 1,800 for the subscription, and I bought MH35 for 1 MONTH but it only activated for 1 day, scamming me of 1,440 credits

For some reason whenever i try to start up my server it just says starting, and when i wait for around 3-5 hours it stops. I've tried force hibernating then starting up again, I've tried refreshing my page, I've tried starting it in game, I've tried making a new tab, I've even tried restarting it but nothing seems to work. Please tell me how to fix this. (I WILL NOT RESET MY SERVER.)

All of the /fill commands are different areas in my pvp arena but skript never runs those lines.

mine is doing the same thing except its stuck on starting not downloading and its been doing it for over 12 hours
