3rd to last option, set it to true,

Hello, i'm trying to enable tnt duping for my wood farm but i can't find neither paper.yml file nor paper-world-defaults.yml like previous forums talked about, i'm playing on version 1.19.3 Java,

I have searched every .yml file in the server and with no success i have not yet found any tnt or allow-piston-duplication type of a command to set true,

Any help is appreciated thank you
