Figured it out, I found a folder called server-resourcepacks and found the file that was downloaded, deleted the data in that file, loaded it up and just have a blank forced texture pack.

I'm on 1.19.2, and in my inventory screen a block of data is in my upper right corner which says "/cosmetics" and a little pixel art. I've checked my client file resource packs and none of them are associated to this item, when I go to the in client to the resource pack screen there is a resource pack displayed called "world specific resources" "Minehut Pack (Server)" I have included what this looks like in attached picture. I cannot move it around, disable, or put other resource packs above it. I checked my server backend on the minehut website and I do not have a server texture pack on or "force texture pack" on. This inventory "ad" is rather annoying and I would like to find out if this is on everyone's inventory display and how to disable it.
