im sorry, did you do anything to get banned or did you just get banned? if you did something, what?

i have played this server for 3 days with my friends, i turned on whitelist and added me and my friends, my server wouldnt show up on the dashboard, but i was still able to join. now i cant join on badlion and normal client while my friends can, on badlion it says: end of stream or some random java error. on normal it just says: disconnected. what do i do? please help.
