    Hello,

    My server started to not start. It says starting and then offline and it won't go online. This started to happen right after I changed it from paper 1.19.2 to paper 1.17. I have a backup like Minehut recommended. I attempted to load the backup but it just continued to not start and I have no idea why.

    When I try to join my minecraft server, this is the message that pops up:"Connection Lost""Could not connect to a default or fallback server, please try again later: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException"Could somebody help me and/or tell me what this message means? Thanks.
