I forgot to mention After 20 minutes it usualy resolves but its just an annoying bug and it would be useful to know how to fix it if it happens next time

Minecraft on my friends smp is not working, Its like the game loaded but loading terrain screen is stuck on my Screen. I've tried Reinstalling minecraft, Restarting my pc and i tried to be patient but nothing seems to work. Once i got in without the loading terrain bug but the other day i couldnt get in. Any ideas to fix the bug? Note : I am not ip banned and for other players its just fine. Under this message is the image of the bug i keep getting its just stuck as loading terrain and other peoples can see me in game but i cant do anything
