Its showing this error &cYou were kicked by an Staff Member!" is neither an item stack, an item type nor an entity type" How to fix?

on right click with stick: if name of tool of player is "&6KickTool": kick event-entity because of "&cYou were kicked by an Staff Member!" This script is working, but when i am not targetting any player using the stick, it's kicking me. Is there any way i could get bypass from being kicked by the stick? Its kicking every stick user when they right click without targetting players.Someone pls help by modifying this script :)
