    I can't join my server.

    Whenever I try to join my server I just get sent back to the lobby with the error "ReadTimedOut". When that happens (really common, that happens more times than allowing me to join) no one can join, and no console commands can be executed. Everytime I try to execute a command, the console looks like to just ignore it.

    Hey, so I wanted to change my server's version from spigot 1.17.1 to spigot 1.17 (because a lot of plugins don't supportt 1.17.1), but there isn't spigot 1.17.1 on the list? I wanted to know if its an error or smth.
